Licensure is accomplished by meeting stringent requirements set by the State of North Carolina and passing a comprehensive examination administered by the North Carolina Home Inspector Licensure Board   

Over 16 years experience as a General Contractor and Registered Builder in New Jersey. 

Member in good standing of National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, NACHI.   

Currently perform both residential and commercial insurance inspections for most major insurance companies.
